New registrations and insolvencies of limited liability companies in March 2012
In March 2012, 158 new private limited companies were registered compared with 178 in March 2011. The largest number of new registrations was in Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles. In the first 3 months of 2012, 460 new private limited companies were registered, which is about 4% increase compared with the same period in 2011.
In March 2012, there were 153 corporate insolvencies compared with 214 in March 2011. The largest number of insolvencies was in Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles. In the first 3 months of 2012, there were 348 corporate insolvencies, which is about 21% decrease compared with the same period in 2011.
