Building cost index for April 2008
The Building Cost Index compiled in the middle of March 2008 is 403.1 points (June 1987=100) and is 4.43% higher than in the previous month. Labour cost increased 6.8%, effect on the index 2.8%. The index applies to April 2008.
In the last twelve months the BCI has increased by 9.2%.
