Building cost index for July 2004
The Building Cost Index compiled in the middle of June 2004 stood at 300.8 points (June 1987=100) and is 0.33 per cent higher than in the previous month. The index applies to July. Comparable Index older base (December 1982=100) is 962 points.
In the last twelve months the BCI has risen by 5.0 per cent.
