New registrations and insolvencies of limited liability companies in December 2012
In December 2012, 147 new private limited companies were registered compared with 137 in December 2011. The largest number of new registrations was in Real estate activities. In the year 2012 1,605 new private limited companies were registered, which is about 3% increase compared with 2011.
In December 2012, there were 132 corporate insolvencies. Largest number of insolvencies was in Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles. In 2012 there were 1,109 corporate insolvencies, which is about 30% decrease compared with 2011. In 2012 most corporate insolvencies have been in Construction, 227 in total.
