149 new private limited companies registered in February 2013
In February 2013, 149 new private limited companies were registered compared with 154 in December 2011. The largest number of new registrations was in Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles. In the first 2 months 327 new private limited companies were registered, which is about 8% increase compared with the same period in 2012.
In February 2013, there were 79 corporate insolvencies. Largest number of insolvencies was in Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles. In the first 2 months of 2013, there were 141 corporate insolvencies, which is about 28% decrease compared with the same period in 2012.
