170 new private limited companies registered in March 2013
In March 2013, 170 new private limited companies were registered compared with 158 in March 2012. The largest number of new registrations was in Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles. In the first 3 months 497 new private limited companies were registered, which is 8% increase compared with the same period in 2012.
In March 2013, there were 80 corporate insolvencies. Largest number of insolvencies was in Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles. In the first 3 months of 2013, there were 221 corporate insolvencies, which is about 38% decrease compared with the same period in 2012.
