New registrations and insolvencies of companies in November 2012
In November 2012, 132 new private limited companies were registered compared with 165 in November 2011. The largest number of new registrations was in Real estate activities and Financial and insurance activities. In the first 11 months 1,605 new private limited companies were registered, which is about 3% increase compared with the same period in 2011.
In November 2012, there were 66 corporate insolvencies. Largest number of insolvencies was in Wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles. In the first 11 months of 2012, there were 977 corporate insolvencies, which is about 32% decrease compared with the same period in 2011. In the first 11 months of 2012 most corporate insolvencies have been in Construction, 198 in total.
