In the year 2004 2.517 new limited liability companies were registered, which is about 5% increase from the year 2003 when 2.389 new companies were registered. In the year 2003 new registrations decreased for about 23% from the year 2002 when 3.120 new limited liability companies were registered. Share of new registrations between economic activities is similar between years. When new registrations are divided by regions the most increase in the Capital region were total number of new registrations rose about 11% between the years 2003 and 2004.
