In 2005, goods were exported from Iceland for 194,400 million ISK and imported into Iceland for 288,900 million ISK fob, 313,900 million ISK cif. Thus there was a trade deficit of 94,500 million ISK compared with 37,800 million ISK deficit in 2004. Exports decreased by 4% at current prices while imports increased by 20.5%.
