Total value of sold production amounted to 297 billion ISK in 2005 and decreased by 6 billion ISK from previous year. The value of sold production increased in 10 out of 17 industries during this period. Apart from the smallest industries a considerable growth was in manufacture of non-metallic mineral products, 33.4%, while the most downturn was in the manufacture of chemicals and chemical products, 33.2% decrease.
