Statistics Iceland disseminates statistical information, mainly through its website. Basic information service is provided through telephone or e-mail. Guidance and information services of short duration are free of charge.

Users who require further information should send a written enquire to Statistics Iceland. Customised statistics are charged according to a regulation on prices for Statistics Iceland’s services. Users will be informed of expected prices beforehand. A discount may be given if customised statistics are purchased on a continuous basis.

Users seeking access to confidential data need to hand in a formal application in accordance with Rules of Procedure for Treating Confidential Data.
