The value of exported goods amounted to 86.5 billion ISK fob in July 2026 (86.5 billion according to preliminary figures) and the value of imported goods was 125.9 billion ISK cif (127.1 billion according to preliminary figures) after revision of preliminary figures. The trade deficit in July was therefore 39.4 billion ISK (40.6 billion according to preliminary figures).
The value of exports was almost unchanged from the preliminary figures, while the value of imports decreased by 1.2 billion ISK. The largest revisions were in imports of fuel and capital goods. The value of imports of aviation and jet fuel decreased by 0.5 billion ISK, capital goods by almost 0.3 billion ISK and petrol and gas oil by 0.2 billion ISK.
