The catch in November 2023 was 88 thousand tonnes which is 24% more than in November 2022. Pelagic catch was 48 thousand tonnes and increased by 66% while demersal species catch was around 38 thousand tonnes and decreased by 5%.
The catch in the 12 month period from December 2022 to November 2023 was 1,380 thousand tonnes which is a 8% decrease from the previous 12 month period.
