The total catch of Icelandic vessels in the first quarter of 2020 was 178,5 thousand tonnes, which is 25% less than in first quarter of 2019.
The value of catch by Icelandic vessels was 34.2 billion ISK in the first three months of 2020 which is 5.6% less than for the same months in 2019. The value of demersal catch was nearly the same as the first quarter of 2019.
