In the first nine months of 2020 the catch of Icelandic vessels was 797 thousand tonnes, 3% more than during same period in 2019. The value of first sale was 114.8 billion ISK in the first three quarters of 2020, which is 2% more than in 2019. The value of demersal species in January to September 2020 was 86 billion ISK, similar as in the year before.
