The building cost index in August 2025 is 125.7 points (December 2021=100), 0.1% higher from the previous month. The price of imported materials decreased by 0.3%, but the price of domestic materials increased by 0.3%. Cost of machinery, transport and energy consumption increased by 0.1%.
