The building cost index in May 2026 is 128,8 points (December 2021=100), increases by 0.1% from the previous month. The price of imported materials increased by 0.2%, but the price of domestic materials was unchanged. Labour costs increased by 0.3%. Cost of machinery, transport and energy consumption increased by 0.1%.
