International airfares increased by 16.9% (effect on the index 0.19%) and cost of housing, electricity and heating rose by 0.4% (0.12%).
The CPI is 2.0% higher in December 2015 than in December 2014 while the CPI less housing cost is 0.4% higher than one year ago.
The average CPI in the year 2015 was 428.0 points, 1.6% higher than the average in 2014. This increase corresponds to a 2.0% rise in 2014 and 3.9% in 2013.
The average CPI less housing cost was 395.9 points in 2015, 0.1% higher than in 2014. This change can be compared to a 0.8% rise in the year 2014 and 3.8% in 2013.
The CPI compiled in the middle of December 2015, 430.8 points, is applicable for indexation purposes in February 2016. The old credit terms index for February 2016 is 8,506 points.
