The producer price index (PPI) decreased by 0.3% between June and July 2018. Prices of power intensive industry products decreased by 2.2% (effect on the index
-0.7%), other industry prices increased by 1.9% (0.4%).
The PPI has increased by 9.0% from June 2017 to July 2018. Thereof prices of power intensive industry products increased by 22.6%, marine products increased by 6.2% and prices of food increased by 0.8% while other manufacturing industry decreased by 0.5% in the same period.
Exported products have increased by 13.5% in one year, while products sold domestically have increased by 1.2%.
