Statistics Iceland publishes statistical data regarding emission of greenhouse gasses and emissions of other air-pollutants from Iceland and from the Icelandic economy. The emissions within Iceland covers Iceland and her fishing grounds, while emissions from the economy covers operations of Icelandic companies and residents regardless of land borders. This difference gives insight into what is happening in our near-environment and what emissions come from our economic activities.
